All our items are sent by the following means:-

Mainland Uk- Royal mail 1st class standard and Royal Mail 1st class recorded

Europe- International signed for or Airmail small packet rate

Rest of the world- International signed for or Airmail small packet rate

All UK Mainland postage costs are FREE

International shipping cost is listed on each individual item

If your package weighs over 2kgs  it will be sent via courier and costs a considerable amount more than the small packet rate - if you have any queries or need any help on this matter please email us.

Shipping costs for each item will be stated in the listing, please note that when you purchase an item you are agreeing to that shipping cost, it is non-negotiable.

Multiple buys:

If you have bought more than one item we will combine shipping for you depending on weight - sometimes it works out cheaper to send two different parcels abroad than one combined. Please e-mail us when you have finished shopping so we can weigh all your items and give you a correct shipping quote - we do only ship at cost.

All items posted within the UK are sent via recorded delivery or 1st class standard, any order of a high value will be posted with additional insurance. If you are out during the day and miss your delivery please be aware that the post office only keep recorded items at their sorting office for 7 days before returning them to me - it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they pick their item up in good time or arrange re-delivery with Royal Mail. If items are returned to me by the Post Office as undelivered I will invoice you the postage amount  before re-sending them (this applies to items that had FREE postage on too) and there will be an additional administration fee of £1.00 to cover extra paypal fees and packaging.

International buyers will have their items shipped via International signed for mail or Airmail (small packet rate) depending on the value of the item, if the item is of a high value the order will be upgraded to Air sure.

Returns policy:

We endeavor to describe all our items as accurately as possible. We list exact measurements where possible and make sure the items are cleaned before being shipped, however, if you do decide the item is not for you please e-mail us at sales@totalvintage.co.uk on receipt to let us know of your intention to return it. All items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date in the same condition they left us in. We do not refund postage costs, however, we will issue you with a credit note for the postage amount to be used within 3 months of issue.
