If you are purchasing multiple items and the weight is over 2kg please contact us as sometimes the shipping can work out a lot cheaper if its sent in more than 1 parcel.
If your order is over 4000g please contact us for postage cost.
Multiple buys:
If you have bought more than one item your shipping will automatically be combined at checkout.
All items posted within the UK are sent via recorded delivery, any order of a high value will be posted with additional insurance. If you are out during the day and miss your delivery please be aware that the post office only keep recorded items at their sorting office for 7 days before returning them to me - it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they pick their item up in good time or arrange re-delivery with Royal Mail. If items are returned to me by the Post Office as undelivered I will invoice you the postage amount before re-sending them and there will be an additional administration fee of £1.00 to cover extra paypal fees and packaging.
International buyers will have their items shipped via International signed for mail, if the item is of a high value the order will be upgraded to Air sure.
Returns policy:
Please read the item description in full and check the measurements to make sure items will fit you. We accept returns on most items and issue credit notes minus the postage costs. The credit note is good forever so if you don't see anything you like at that time you can use it at anytime in the future. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date in the same condition they left us in. |
